Gary Walker is Founder of SCM Real Estate Services in Arlington, Texas. In 1992, he founded SCM Real Estate Services, a full-service brokerage and property management firm for commercial properties, medical office, project leasing, investment sales and tenant representation.
In January 2014 he partnered with Waterfall Asset Management and Coldwell Banker Commercial to build a top-tier commercial real estate firm including capital markets, asset management and brokerage services. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors became one of the largest privately held commercial real estate firms in the West.

Beau has 18 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, including 2 years as a commercial building engineer. He is proficient in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems and has worked with Building Engines, DSX, Rosslare, and others. Beau holds an MBA in Accounting and Business Management from Colorado Technical University (Online) and has skills in commercial lending, banking, credit analysis, loans, and retail banking.

At SCM Letty is responsible for the day-to-day management of our commercial properties. She also works closely with our team to review, develop and implement strategies to support the performance of our portfolio.
Outside of work, Letty enjoys spending time with her 2 children.
