Theron Bryant

Theron Bryant is a Senior Leasing Specialist at SCM. With vast expertise in the office real estate market, his primary focus is on Landlord Representation in the Tarrant County area. Since joining SCM in 1995, he has been responsible for leasing more than 1.4 million square feet for clients.

In 2003, he was named by Black's Guide as one of the top 35 agents under 35 years of age in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

Bryant is originally from Dalhart, Texas. He earned a BA in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth and has held a Texas Real Estate Agent License since 1996.

Bryant's professional memberships include the Society of Commercial Investment Brokers, the TCU Clark Society, Young Men of Arlington, and the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Vision Fort Worth, a young professional group of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.

Bryant and his family live in Fort Worth.
