Teresa Collins has skillfully managed commercial and residential properties at SCM since the company's inception thirteen years ago. Her professional success is based on building friendly relationships with both tenants and building owners, as well as having a willingness to go the extra mile to be sure the job is done right the first time. Collins' current portfolio includes warehouse, office and retail properties.

Collins grew up in Dallas and now resides in Arlington. She has three adult children, three adult step-children, and nine grandchildren living nearby. She spends her free time with family and is active in her church.
