David Tuttle

David Tuttle is an Investment Sales Specialist for SCM. He started his real estate career at Dallas-based Swearingen Realty Group in the early 1990's. Moving away from the real estate industry, Tuttle pursued a successful career for several years in advertising and publishing working for The Dallas Observer, St. Louis Riverfront Times and as Publisher of the Fort Worth Weekly.

In 2002, he was lured back into the real estate industry and accepted a position with Marcus & Millichap, specializing in the sale of office properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. During his tenure, he successfully closed over $147 million in sales transactions.

Joining SCM in 2008, Tuttle's aggressive sales style and attention to superior client service will fit well with the company's mission.

A 1993 graduate of the University of North Texas, Tuttle can be found on weekends coaching soccer and spending time with his wife and their three young children.
