Carol Coffman-Sosebee

Carol Coffman-Sosebee is Chief Operating Officer for SCM. She joined the firm in 1999. She is responsible for helping manage SCM's growth and diversification into new markets, as well as a portfolio of more than $58 million in leasing and sales transactions.

Prior to her tenure at SCM, she was Vice President and Controller for Swearingen Management Company in Dallas, where she was responsible for accounting and administration for a portfolio of 10 million square feet of office, industrial and retail property.

Coffman-Sosebee received a Master's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Dallas and obtained the Certified Property Manager certification in 1987.

She is active in the Fort Worth chapter of the Building Owners Management Association (BOMA) and the Dallas chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).

Although she was raised in Temple, Oklahoma, Coffman-Sosebee has called the Dallas area home since 1977. She and her family live in Cedar Hill.
